We encourage you to try this fast, secure and user-friendly option to apply
for the Film Incentive BC (FIBC) or for the Production Services Tax Credit (PSTC) program.
About this application process:
The first time you use this service, you need to create an account. Choose a
username and password that you will use each time you wish to access your
account to enter a new application or to review and transmit existing
applications. Since the account is linked to the user and not the production
corporation, you will not need to create a new account each time you wish to
transmit a new application.
Note that if you forget your username and/or password, you will need your
email address to retrieve them. If you no longer have access to the email
address linked to the account, a new account will have to be created using a
new email address.
The use of the navigation buttons within the application form allows you to
go to different sections of the application while ensuring data integrity.
Please refrain from using the browser's navigation functions as this may cause
the loss of data you have just entered.
It is not possible to transmit a partially completed application; all relevant
fields must be filled. You may however save your incomplete application and
return to it later.
The required documentation (FIBC
eligibility application checklist / FIBC completion application checklist / PSTC
application checklist) can be forwarded along with the application attached
to a pre-addressed, automatically created email at time of transmission or with
your administration fee cheque by mail or courier within 3 business days
following the transmission of your application to preserve your position in the
application queue (FIBC

fee schedule). If you choose to transmit your documents via email, you can
include more than one document in each .pdf
file to reduce the number of attachments.
